Accessibility Statement
Tidal Pointe Advisors works with people during a difficult and often disorienting period. A website that is hard to use makes that worse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat any barrier someone reports as a defect rather than a request.
What this site does
- Every page uses real headings in order, so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate by structure rather than guesswork.
- Background video is decorative. It carries no information that is not also in the text, is hidden from assistive technology, and cannot receive keyboard focus.
- If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, background video does not play. A still image is shown instead.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Images that are purely decorative are marked so that assistive technology skips them.
- The site works without a mouse. Interactive elements show a visible focus outline, and the navigation menu opens and closes from the keyboard without JavaScript.
- Layout is responsive and text reflows, so the page remains usable when zoomed or viewed on a small screen.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than claim they do not exist.
- Some headings sit over video, and contrast varies as the footage plays. Where we know this is tight, we are working on it.
- Downloadable guides are PDFs. Their internal accessibility has not been separately audited. If you need the content of a guide in another format, ask and we will send it.
- Scheduling and intake are handled by third-party services whose accessibility we do not control. If one of them is a barrier, contact us directly and we will arrange another way.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we will help you get what you need in the meantime by phone or email.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. That is usually enough for us to reproduce and fix it.
